On October 1-2, 2024, Winserve Corporation organized a training course titled “Proactive Project Management” at the Ibis Bangkok Riverside Hotel. The event was inaugurated by Preecha Karuhawanit, Ph.D., CEO of Winserve Group.
The primary aim of the “Proactive Project Management” course is to enhance project management skills among employees, enabling them to manage and oversee projects effectively. The course focuses on proactive planning, risk assessment, and effective communication.
